Meet Niiaja Richie

Hello Beautiful!

I'm Niiaja Bianca, lovely to meet you! I'm a cosmetologist and instructor with several years of experience behind the chair where I specialize in braiding, loc maintenance and specialized haircutting as well as the classroom. I currently work as an independent stylist at Azarra Salon and Wine and I teach at the Gene Juarez Academy.

I truly enjoy educating in all forms but the one to on experience is my favorite. I believe this intimate focus time makes a profound impact on my learners as well as myself. My goal is to get each one of my students to see and explore the fullness of their own creativity. That is why teaching one to one is so valuable. I learn from every student as I focus only on them and what they need as an individual to master the skill.

I want to empower you and all of my learners with the knowledge and the skills necessary to thrive in the beauty industry. I want to share my drive and inspire you to try new things, revisit old things and truly see what's possible.
